The Benefits of Icing Your Face…
Cooling your face is known to help reduce visible puffiness and bring instant clarity to tired skin. Inspired by Nordic cold-water tradition, the ChillOra ice bowl delivers full-face immersion, leaving your skin feeling refreshed, awakened and naturally balanced. Paired with our Dawn and Dusk oils — made using only certified organic oils — your ritual becomes a simple daily practice that leaves skin feeling nourished and comforted. Giving you that unmistakable cold-fresh glow.
Evening Ritual…
Before bed, cleanse your face with warm water, pat dry, then apply a thin layer of ChillOra ‘Dusk’. Allow the nourishing oils to comfort the skin and prepare it for your morning ritual.
Morning ritual…
Cold therapy — gently immerse your face into icy water in 10–15 second intervals, for up to 2 minutes. A revitalising pause that refreshes the skin, resets the mind, and sets the tone for the day ahead.
Dry Gently...
Gently pat dry with your included luxury face towel — it’s important not to rub the skin.
Finish Ritual...
Allow your skin to warm naturally (typically 15–30 minutes), then apply a thin layer of ChillOra “Dawn.” This helps lock in moisture and prepare your skin for the day ahead — until your evening ritual begins again.
