ChillOra was born from something deeply personal.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

I tried medications, lifestyle changes, and endless advice — but nothing truly helped. Eventually, I began reading studies from other countries suggesting that certain ingredients and additives commonly found in everyday foods might be worsening symptoms.

So I looked at the foods I ate regularly… and realised I didn’t recognise half the ingredients on the labels.

I decided to change. I shifted to a simpler, more natural diet — whole ingredients, fewer chemicals, nothing unnecessary. And within six months, my symptoms had reduced to a level I hadn’t experienced in years.

That experience changed everything. It made me rethink not just what I was eating, but what I was putting on my skin.

I started looking more closely at skincare labels — long ingredient lists, synthetic additives, unnecessary fillers. It felt wrong that something meant to support our skin was often full of things our bodies didn’t recognise.

So the idea for ChillOra began….

A brand built on simplicity.

Alongside this, I discovered the benefits of cold therapy — how cooling the skin can help reduce the appearance of puffiness, restore clarity, and create a moment of stillness in a busy world. I wanted to bring that feeling into a daily ritual.

And so ChillOra became a combination of everything that helped me:
