Prepare the Ice

  • Collapse your ChillOra bowl

  • Add a small amount of water into the built-in ice tray

  • Place the bowl in the freezer overnight

Apply ChillOra Dusk

  • Start with clean, dry skin

  • Massage a thin layer of ChillOra Dusk into the face and neck

  • Use slow upward strokes

  • Allow the blend to absorb fully while you sleep

This helps soften, hydrate and prepare your skin perfectly for the morning ritual.

A cold-water immersion inspired by Nordic wellness tradition.

Ice Bath

  • Remove your ChillOra bowl from the freezer

  • Press gently to release the frozen ice block from the tray

  • Expand the bowl to full size

  • Add fresh water to your preferred level

  • Submerge your face for 10–20 seconds per dip

  • Continue for up to 2 minutes total

  • Pat dry with your zero-twist Egyptian cotton towel

Apply ChillOra Dawn

  • Allow your skin to warm naturally (15–30 minutes)

  • Massage a small amount of ChillOra Dawn into the skin

  • Use gentle upward strokes to lock in moisture and support the skin barrier

Safety Notes

  • Do not immerse your face in ice water for more than 2 minutes per ritual

  • Patch-test oils before first use
