Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, or
The item arrived damaged or faulty
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times
We use a next working day courier service (Evri) for most UK deliveries. While the majority of orders arrive the next working day after dispatch, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
If Evri is unavailable in your area, or if we believe another service will provide a more reliable delivery, your order may be sent via Royal Mail (typically 2–4 working days).
Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Tracking

Incorrect Address
